Rulebook of Aydu Yoga Studio
1. General Information
- Aydu Yoga Studio, with its headquarters in Machnice, operates under the trade name Aydu Yoga and is represented by Yoisho! sp. z o.o.
- The studio is located at Krzywoustego 272 in Wrocław, and you can contact us via phone at +48 602 778 362 or by email at namaste@ayduyoga.com.
- The studio is open according to the class schedule available on the studio’s website.
2. Participation in Classes
- To participate in classes, prior registration is required through the Fitssey platform available on the studio’s website or directly at the studio’s reception.
- Class reservations can be canceled no later than 6 hours before the start of the class. If the reservation is canceled after this time, the class fee will be charged or a visit will be deducted from the pass.
- Classes may be canceled by the studio if fewer than 3 participants are registered. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 5 hours before the scheduled class.
- Latecomers may be asked not to join the class to avoid disrupting the session. The instructor will decide if participation after the start of the class is possible.
3. Packages, Passes, and Fees
- The studio offers the following participation options: single entry, 4-class pass, 8-class pass, and unlimited Open Pass.
- Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of the first visit. After this period, unused entries will expire. The Open Pass allows unlimited participation in classes during its validity period.
- The pass may only be used by the person who purchased it. Passes are personal and non-transferable to other individuals.
- The pass must be activated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the pass expires and is non-refundable or extendable.
- If the studio cancels a class, the participant is entitled to reschedule for another date without additional charges. If the canceled class falls on the last day of the pass’s validity, the participant may use that visit within 7 days from the pass’s expiration date.
- Refunds for unused entries are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., health issues) and are considered individually after a request is submitted to the studio’s email.
4. Rules for Using Studio Space
- Participants are required to use the studio mats and equipment with care. After class, mats and props must be cleaned and returned to their designated place.
- Shoes are not allowed in the studio. Participants may walk barefoot or in socks.
- The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please use the cloakroom and take your items with you after class.
5. Safety Rules
- Participants take part in classes at their own risk. Each participant is required to inform the instructor before the class about any injuries, illnesses, or other health contraindications.
- The studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from incorrect execution of asanas.
- The studio’s instructors ensure the safety of participants and have the right to stop a class if they notice a risk to health or safety.
6. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
- The studio processes participants’ personal data to provide services in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
- Participants’ data is used solely for registration purposes, invoicing, and informational or marketing purposes related to the studio’s activities.
- Participants have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data from the studio’s system.
7. Participant Responsibility
- The studio is not responsible for items left in the cloakroom or other common areas.
- By participating in classes, participants agree to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during the class, solely for the studio’s promotional purposes.
- Minors may participate in classes only with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
8. Studio Etiquette
- Participants are required to maintain silence in the relaxation areas to avoid disturbing others.
- Respect for other participants and instructors is a fundamental rule of the studio. Please be polite and contribute to a friendly atmosphere.
- Mobile phones should be turned off or silenced during classes to avoid disrupting the practice.
9. Complaints and Feedback
- Any feedback, suggestions, and complaints regarding the studio’s operation can be submitted directly at the reception or via email at namaste@ayduyoga.com.
- The studio undertakes to consider complaints within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
10. Changes to the Regulations
- The studio reserves the right to change the regulations, informing participants at least 7 days before the changes come into effect. The information will be sent via the email address provided by the participant in the studio’s registration system or announced on the website and at the studio’s reception.
- Participants who cancel their membership and remove their contact details will be subject to the current regulations if they decide to use the studio’s services again.
11. Final Provisions
- These regulations come into force on October 15, 2024.
- Matters not covered by the regulations are governed by Polish law. In the event of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court is the common court in Wrocław.
