    At Aydu Yoga, we offer a range of yoga styles, each aligned with a natural element to create a holistic and balanced practice. Ashtanga (Fire) channels strength and vitality, reflecting the power of fire. Vinyasa (Water) embodies flow and flexibility, moving gracefully like water.     Our studio is easy to reach by car and by bus. It takes:

    • 14 minutes to arrive from Pasaż Grunwaldzki,
    • 15 minutes from Nadodrze,
    • 20 minutes from Galeria Dominikańska,
    • and 11 minutes from Długołęka.

    If you’re driving, there’s parking available on a private premise behind the building, and there are plenty of street parking spots nearby.

    We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class starts to give yourself time to register, change, prepare your props, and unwind before your session begins.

    We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We practice barefoot to connect with the ground, but socks are welcome if preferred. Our studio provides natural, non-toxic yoga props like mats and blocks, which are also available for purchase. You can bring your own mat if you like.

    Absolutely not! While some classes are more physically demanding, beginners are always welcome. Yoga is a personal journey, and it’s all about starting from where you are. We’ve added icons next to each class description—not to show how fit or flexible you need to be, but to indicate what we’ll be focusing on, whether it’s strength, flexibility, relaxation, or balance. Our instructors will guide you at your own pace, so you can enjoy the practice and grow with time. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience or fitness level!

    Yes, we have several options to suit your needs! We offer a one-time pass for a single class, but for more benefits, our Package Passes include a 4-class pass and an 8-class pass, both valid for 30 days from your first visit. These passes come with discounts for our special events and workshops, and with the 8-class pass, you’ll also get a free lunchtime Yoga Nidra session.

    If you’re looking for even more flexibility, our Open Pass gives you unlimited access to all classes, along with higher discounts on events and a discount in our shop. For those who love Aydu Yoga, we also offer subscription-based programs for each pass to make it even easier to enjoy all the benefits we offer. Check out Pricing on the website or call us!

    You can easily sign up through our website or give us a call at the studio. Our online booking system lets you view the class schedule and upcoming events. We recommend booking your spot in advance to ensure availability and avoid missing out!

    You can cancel up to 6 hours before the class starts without any cost. If you cancel later, one class visit will be deducted from your pass.

    If a teacher is unavailable, we do our best to find a suitable replacement so the class can still go ahead. However, if there are fewer than 3 attendees, we may need to cancel the class. In such cases, we’ll notify you at least 5 hours in advance, so please check your email before coming to the studio. Don’t worry—no classes will be deducted from your pass in these situations!

    Our studio is the only place in the city where you can experience Hot Yoga – an intense practice performed in a heated room.     We are most likely the only yoga studio that features a graduation tower inside the yoga room.     Our entire studio is constructed exclusively from natural materials like wood, stone, and clay. The clay we use has remarkable properties – it regulates humidity by absorbing excess moisture and releasing it when the air is too dry.
